Pointe’s Pantry is a home-based meal service led by a husband and wife team who share a passion for providing healthy, delicious meals to their community. Before our partnership, the business had no formal brand or cohesive identity. The wife, an accomplished chef, had quietly built a following among friends and family, but there was untapped potential to shape a brand that truly conveyed the warmth, quality, and reliability of their service.
This case study highlights how our collaborative approach to brand identity, messaging, and web design guided Pointe’s Pantry from a personal kitchen venture to a thriving family business. Orders were manually managed through Paypal, making it difficult to track customer preferences, streamline delivery coordination, and manage growth efficiently. They needed a digital infrastructure that could simplify operations while preserving the personal touch that their customers valued.
Without a strong online foundation, Pointe’s Pantry risked losing opportunities to reach new families and continue growing within the Grosse Pointe community. The goal was to translate their trusted local reputation into a professional digital experience that felt as warm, reliable, and genuine as the meals they deliver.

Next, we focused on the website as the central hub for menus and orders. Several platform options were explored to match the founders’ workflow and technical comfort.
