Who Writes the Website Copy?
Clients are strongly encouraged to provide all website copy, photographs and supporting content before development begins. Uploading complete materials into the shared Google Drive is one of the most effective ways to keep the project moving and avoid delays.
When copywriting is included in the project scope, KNDS Digital Marketing may edit, reorganize or develop content using existing website copy, business materials, client interviews and information provided during onboarding. Copywriting and image sourcing require substantial additional time and may affect the project schedule.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming all factual information, including:
-
Services and service areas
-
Credentials and certifications
-
Product specifications
-
Policies and warranties
-
Team information
-
Industry or regulatory claims
Copy is not final until it has been reviewed and approved by the client.
Technical, legal, medical or regulated content may require review by an appropriately qualified professional. KNDS Digital Marketing does not independently verify specialized claims. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all factual information before publication.
